2008 Lineup
Each year, as this Festival continues to grow, the generosity of this community is inspiring. Thank you to everyone that bought a ticket; whether it was to see your favorite band or trusted that it was going to be a great show; regardless if you knew every song. We appreciate the bands for traveling to our home to deliver amazing performances. We appreciate those who make great music, who support the music and believe in the cause. From top to bottom, thank you everyone for making this possible. See you next year!

as blue a sky as I've seen in the day and as red when the sun goes down. A smile, a drop of sweat or two and great music banging!

McDowell Mountain was one of the smoothest run shows I've played. From the management to the stage crew, [they were] nice people and a great vibe. The sound was excellent –which is a huge factor for the performers.

I 'm told the folks behind the McDowell Mountain Music Festival aren't old music-biz vets - maybe that's a good thing. RatDog had a great time at this year's festival. The
staging was impressive, the layout of the grounds was as good as I've ever seen, the catering and ambience were superb. The VIP area backstage was way beyond first-rate -- I've never seen better hospitality for special guests, especially the two-story "poser platform." Nice people, too. I'd go back in a heartbeat.- Dennis McNally, publicist, Bob Weir and RatDog

Once again, Creamy Radio brought some great local acts to the acoustic stage in the Marketplace. See below for the specific bands that graced the stage both days, with a link to their sites. It was a great blend of music, from relaxing percussion sets to all-out rock and jams. Thank you, Creamy Radio, for believing in the local scene and creating a platform for these bands to shine!
